COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

"One Order. One Referral. One Year of Groceries" Lucky Draw Campaign

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the "One Order. One Referral. One Year of Groceries" promotional campaign ("Campaign").

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. PROMOTER AND CLIENT

The Campaign is organised and administered by Pantry Club ("the Promoter") on behalf of Adcock Ingram and Bidvest ("the Clients").

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign will run from 17 June 2026 and close at 23:59 on 31 August 2026 ("Campaign Period").

Any registrations, referrals, or orders received after the closing date and time will not qualify for entry.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Campaign is open to:

  • Employees of Bidvest who are eligible to register on the Adcock Shop platform;

    • Existing registered users may receive one (1) additional entry for every successful referral

  • New employee users who:

    • Register during the Campaign Period; and

    • Place their first completed order during the Campaign Period.

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in South Africa.

  • The following persons may not participate:

  • Directors, members, partners, agents, or employees directly involved in the administration of the Campaign;

  • Immediate family members of the above persons.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Campaign in either of the following ways:

4.1 Qualifying First Order Entry

A participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the lucky draw if they:

Register for the first time on Adcock Shop during the Campaign Period;

  • Place their first-ever completed order during the Campaign Period;

  • Have a first completed order value of R300 or more.

  • Only successfully completed orders will qualify.

 

4.2 Referral Entry

Existing registered Adcock Shop users may receive one (1) additional entry for every successful referral where:

  • The referred employee was not previously registered on Adcock Shop;

  • The referred employee successfully registers and places a qualifying first order of R300 or more during the Campaign Period;

  • The referring employee's referral details are correctly captured during the registration process.

Only valid and verified referrals will qualify.

There is no limit to the number of referral entries an employee may earn, provided each referral meets the qualifying criteria.

 

5. QUALIFYING ORDERS

For the purposes of this Campaign:

  • Only completed and successfully fulfilled orders qualify.

  • Cancelled, fraudulent, duplicate, reversed, or incomplete orders will be disqualified.

  • Partially refunded orders may qualify, provided the final order value remains R300 or more.

  • Orders must be completed before 23:59 on 31 August 2026.

  • Each qualifying participant will receive one (1) entry based on their first qualifying order, excluding referral entries.
